What helps us quote quickly
- Roughly how many drives, tapes, phones, or whole devices, and whether any are solid-state
- The standard you are held to: NIST 800-88, NSA/CSS 9-12, HIPAA, CJIS, CMMC, IRS 1075, or "not sure"
- Where you are, and whether the truck can reach a dock or a lot
- Whether anything is classified or SAP, so we bring the right people

What happens next
We reply within one business day
By email, from a person, with one number in writing. If we need a count or a photo of the closet first, we ask for exactly that and nothing else.
You pick a date
Next business day in our closest metros; scheduled with more notice farther out. We send crew names ahead for badging and a one-page "preparing for our visit" note.
We come, you watch, you get the paperwork
The Certificate of Destruction and media log follow by email, usually the same day for on-site jobs and within five business days for mail-in.
Other things we can send before a job
- A certificate of insurance naming your organization, with additional-insured endorsements where your contract requires them
- A W-9, our capability statement, and past-performance references
- A signed Business Associate Agreement for PHI, or your CJIS Security Addendum
- A completed vendor questionnaire, usually within a week, with the due diligence kit attached
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 Eastern. Voicemail and email outside those hours are answered the next business morning. For an active incident where media must be secured today, call and say so; we prioritize those.
